Body Art Emporium provides professional piercing services at our studio location.

• Appointments can be made through our website reservation form or by contacting us directly
• All reservations must be confirmed by us via email or phone
• We may require a deposit for certain appointments. Deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of booking

• Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible
• No-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of deposit

We offer an optional medical questionnaire to assess contraindications. While voluntary, completing it helps ensure your safety.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the procedure poses health risks. This is a professional decision based on client safety.

Piercing services for clients under 18 years of age require written consent from a parent or legal guardian, who must be present during the appointment.

We provide detailed aftercare instructions after each piercing. Following these instructions is the client's responsibility. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may result in complications for which we are not liable.

• We maintain professional liability insurance and follow all health and safety regulations
• We are not liable for complications arising from: failure to follow aftercare instructions, pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed, allergic reactions to materials (when proper materials were used), or decisions made against our professional advice
• If complications arise, seek medical attention immediately and inform us

We sell piercing organizers and related accessories through our online store. Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided on product pages.

• To place an order, add products to your cart and complete the checkout process
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email
• The sales contract is concluded when we confirm your order and payment is received

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Polish consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us via email with a clear statement of your decision. You must return the products within 14 days. We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
